Hotel Policies
- Check-In time is anytime after 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM. Late check outs may be granted up to 12 noon without a charge. Then after 12 noon will be a half day charge until 3pm then a full day after.
- This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children
Payment Policies/Deposit Information
- A valid credit/debit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit/debit card, cash, travelers cheques, or Best Western Travel Card upon departure
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card upon guest arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- If paying with cash upon arrival the property will require a 50 deposit refundable upon departure.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival date.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Extra Guests
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.
Rollaway Beds, Cribs, etc.
- Rollway beds are available for $10 per day. Subject to availability. Please request in advance.
- Cribs are available for $10 per day. Subject to availability. Please request in advance.
- Microwaves are available for $10 per day. Subject to availability. Please request in advance.
